If you don't know then you probably didn't add the "free installation " to your cart when you purchased it.
I believe during the checkout it makes you create an apt date? I could be wrong
If this is the case, I did this the first time I bought it, and just returned the item.. you should return and rebuy but make sure free install and then free harness is added to the cart

No, the $200 price was a Frontpage deal for everybody, not just Rewards members. BestBuy has it on sale at around $200 about every 3 months. Search it on SD. I know what I'm talking about. This ain't my first rodeo!
