The PSU is aequate to power the current configuration. Why you wanna swap it right now? When you're planning to upgrade the CPU or GPU or both, then consier upgrading the PSU.
Yes. 4070 GPU peak is 200W and 7700 CPU peak is 90W, for ~300W peak. I'd estimate 400W at the max possible load (all out on CPU, GPU, NVMe, 100% fan speed, USB peripherals, etc).
The CPU is highly efficient and the 4070 isn't power hungry either. The PSU included is enough for this config.

Would this need a new psu if i sold the 4070 and got a 4070 super or a 4080 super? If so, how much more power and could you recommend one?
4070 Super no. 4080 Super yes. And then you'd probably want to go with 650 minimum assuming you're keeping the 7700 CPU in there. The official specs will say 750W min for 4080 Super but they are factoring in a more power hungry CPU than the 7700.

Add cooler and wifi.

While I get most would say OEM Windows isn't worth 100+, I certainly would value over grey market one.

Found this build on PC Part Picker: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gdkmBL

Seems like a much better system for the same price. The difference is you would need to build it your self.

For anyone who missed it, the 512gb version (listed in OP) is still available to order.
not quite as slick, but $23 less expensive, for a 512gb instead of a 1tb isn't that bad considering the price of SSDs.
