    I like vent clips because it keeps my phone cool. My upper vents don't output heat, only cool air, heat comes from the lower vents, so it's perfect. And cool air is capable of flowing around the phone and I have multiple vents.

    Having said that, I use my phone with the heat coming out of the vents and I've never had it overheat.

    As someone else mentioned, if it's cold enough to have the heat on, the phone will probably be fine unless it already has really bad thermal management.

    I've had a vent holder and I haven't experienced any problems during the winter. The phone obviously gets warm but it doesn't affect it.

    Same here with different phone. I have Samsung A54 and it's heavy. The mount in my car works fine with other phones but not A54.
