These are great, mine is still kicking, but make sure to buy the insurance for 3 dollar because I have yet to buy a heater for blanket that didn't die after a few years.

The last one I bought was on Amazon. It was through Asurion or whatever it's called. That process was a bit annoying because they wanted me to contact the manufacturer for their warranty. Then after a few attempts they figured out it's past the year warranty the manufacturer offers, then requested I send a 3 year old blanket to them.

This one is through Allstate and I've never used them before

Thanks. That's what I figured. It may be cheap at a few dollars buy, maybe the know they can make the process difficult enough people won't use it and they can keep the full fee.

I bought 3 and thought what a deal! It's not; they don't warm up at all. I sat there for 20 minutes and it was just barely warm. I know this because i have a heated blanket that actually works. Returned all 3
