We have had this system for several years. Ours allows 2 bluetooth connections, so we don't have to carry our cell phones around the house. The cell phone stays in the charger and we can answer calls when we are downstairs and the phones aren't.

He talked about using the VoIP phone line to fax not the phone. For privacy, you should always fax docs through a fax/printer/scanner with a phone line. In theory, a fax can connect to this phone hub and fax through a smart phone with link2cell. Not trying but the fax is old like the gov. Anyone can see your fax papers.

Bought these last month for $49.97 and my store had a ton of them. Went yesterday and there was only 1 left. I had hoped it was marked down and I would get a price adjustment. But, it wasn't.

Check VoIP.ms online. I pay about $1/ month, 1 penny per min. Call time. You do have to buy an ATA box and setup to convert digital Internet signal to analog signal used by the old, regular POTS phones.
