Was at Costco yesterday and saw this priced at $19.99. Took a pic of it and came to checkout and asked clerk to price check to make sure the price was not a mistake and was delighted at the price. Bought one. Will post pic of the price if I can. (can't see option in app right now)
(apologies. The pic of price is blurry but it tells you the model # and price and I wasn't hallucinating!)

Thanks, OP!
I have an obihai box from a long time ago where I connected my Google voice number and that is how the call is routed. And as mentioned, you can have it call your cell too
where you made that purchase.... TY!

Costco in Chesterfield county Virginia. They had 18 according to CS.
It wasn't supposed to "die" in December you just couldn't do any new setups.
Same use model- original "Hub" device still running (although my Scout unit died) but these cordless phones make up for that, plus already retired the AIO laser printer with FAX (a what?) port.
Back when we had whole-house Halo parties (4 original Xboxes, 16-player local LAN), each room had 2 Radio Shack AC-line intercoms for full-duplex party-line smack-talking while landing the warthog barrel-roll.
These Panasonics have intercoms, if they have party-line mode, slap an amplified speaker and it's Game On!, next gen!

Called in the morning to ask and was told the price was $49.97 and stock varied from 0 to 20+ locally. Picked up a store which was said to have 5 and went there to find the actual price is $35.
It seems they are gradually reducing the price based on the availability so the limited quantity is expected to be gone over the coming weekend.
So go to the store, grab one NOW if you want it.
That seemed like an effective feature to have that'd tempt me to upgrade my never used landline (Ooma from the 2000s)
Yes, it does have that feature.
