240 capsules per bottle. 4 capsules per serving.1 Serving Per day. 60 days worth per bottle. Math.
Zma is basically 3 minerals that the body uses everyday and although I don't believe it raises testosterone like the original claim for it was, ZMA ingredients can improve sleep, boost your immune system, help with muscle recovery and if you smoke MJ, help with mineral depletion
Was able to purchase 4 seperate bottles in different orders. YMMV. Fakespot A rating. Trusted brand

No coupon available for me. $13.49 at checkout for S&S. Must be prime only. This should be stated as to not waste people's time, IMO (unless it's dead).
For me these are terrible for sleep. I don't know if it's because I already take a multivitamin with B vitamins, but the huge dose of B6 makes it so after an 1hr so I can't go to sleep and makes it hard to lie still. I would stick with a straight magnesium sup for sleep.
Caution: not returnable (but Amazon will probably refund you if you chat with a rep nicely)
Without any explanation as to why, there is this statement on the product page: Not for use by women.
Why would the "simple" ingredients they list (Vitamin D3, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Magnesium, Zinc, L-Theanine, Black Pepper Fruit Extract) be safe for men but not women??? Something is a bit sketchy. The fact that the 35% discount is valid for as many orders as you want to place seems to indicate they are trying to move this product out of inventory as fast as possible.
I bought 4 bottles (yep, seemed like a great deal), used it as directed and had trouble sleeping that night. Contacted Amazon today and they refunded me for the 3 unopened containers.
I just bought this because of the slick deal and I also had sleep paralysis the first night on half the recommended amount. It was pretty scary. And it's weird that this has happened to several people. Looking into this.

Buyer beware!
Yes! It puts me in another dimension when sleeping.
Going to try 1/4 dose.
