Preserves = made with large chunks of fruit

The first time they bundled it with other things I ordered and ruined everything because all 6 jars shattered. Had to get a full refund. The second time 2 of the 6 jars shattered, washed and saved 4 but got a full refund. The third time was cause I forgot to cancel the s&s, it was shipped in july, and all 6 showed up smashed and smelled absolutely awful like they had broken few days prior and sat in the heat molding.
If anyone does order these, do NOT order anything else that will ship at the same time.

They wanted to just refund me for the two broken jars. I pushed for a refund of the six jars and told them the mess that was created. One rep said no deal, another said for me to send pics - I had already cleaned it up and put just about everything in the trash that was covered in jam and broken glass. I finally spoke to supervisor that did refund me for the broken 6 jars.
You really can't control how they pack the items in your S&S - I think they don't care about breakable items being mixed with heavy items. They just try to get as much as they can in a very heavy box.
The way I control this is to simply not order anything that can break or be crushed in a shipment with the idea that it likely will. Yes, I have missed out on some very good Amazon deals, but I won't be doing another cleanup like that again.
