Monster Hunter Stories is remastered. Really hope Capcom release standard version instead bundle. I already owned 2 copies (1 sealed and 1 played) of Monster Hunter Stories 2. No need Voucher code for it.

Does anyone know if they were to release DLC would the DLC work if the base game is from a different region?
In my experience, these multi language cartridges have the same game files regardless of the region. The only difference is the box and sticker depending on what region it is from. DLC usually works regardless of whatever region it is purchased from.
The only time it would not work is say you bought a Japanese game without an English version on the cartridge and purchased DLC on your American account. The Switch is going to recognize them as separate games.
That said, I don't think there should be any DLC for this game given how it's supposed to be the definitive release. I also don't believe the original game had DLC, but I could be wrong.
Hi folks, do Japanese cartridges generally contain the English language as well? For example, if I bought a Paper Mario (RPG) from Amazon Japan, could I play in English?

Luigi's Mansion is literally just a port with very slightly updated textures. It should absolutely not be $60

According to this GameStop listing there's a possibility for a standalone release.

I think for Paper Mario they remade the game from the ground up so I can understand the $60 price.

I'm sure they will make it look slightly better on Switch but from what I've seen it's the same game so far as the 3DS and Mobile.
The free mobile version you're referring to is technically just a demo and not the full game.

If only best buy would come to the rescue for b2g1 and marking those games down to $40
