That wasn't my experience. It directed me to ID.me, which requested proof of enrollment at a college or university. No parent option.
I'm spoiled on the long-lasting battery of the 5 Pro. I like it way more than the rotating bezel on the 6.
The screen is a tiny bit larger on the 6, but it's not a huge selling point.
So I wear the 5 Pro most of the time. I'm going to save my 6 Classic for a maximum trade-in for a future Samsung purchase.
I typically wear my watch from 6 am to 11 pm. I remove it during the night. If I don't charge it, the next day I start with the battery at around 65% if I didn't record a physical activity like a hike the day before.
Besides tracking workouts I like being able to open/close my garage, operate my home smartlock, pay for things, and even lock/unlock/drive our Tesla in the event I don't have my phone or wallet on me. I wasn't a big believer in smartwatches early on but now appreciate the convenience of carrying less in my pockets for certain activities.

I use my watch to find my phone
Also with the watch6 I have, it feels like there's some ghosting on the display. Didn't have that on my Watch4 or galaxy watch Active
If I could, I'd never have traded in my galaxy watch Active as it worked better than the Watch4 and watch6.
Active 1.
However, I don't think they even sell it or the Active 2 anymore (at least brand new). Looks like they have them used on Amazon/ebay... However, at that point it's a total crapshoot what condition they're in or the battery life.
I think for the price, at $99 the Watch4 classic at Walmart isn) about as good as it gets. I wouldn't recommend it (if the battery sucks as much as on the base Watch 4) but I don't think you can do much better in the <$100 range.
