Says I purchased one in 2018 for $12.08 lol, just wish I knew where it was.

I have one and love it (especially for this price). Is it as amazing as one of my $200 Benchmades... no. But this is a lot of knife for $22. I prefer deep-pocket clips for my EDCs, but this still sees some time in my pocket

Wow, looks like these have gone up in price!

I'm not a top expert and I don't own any $50+ blades, but this is my favorite of the knives I've used.

I have two of these when they were less than $13 a decade ago. The blade assist deployment snaps and ready to go. The choil is perfectly sized to prevent or minimize a hand from sliding into the blade. I have a few Benchmades and Emerson blades. In all realness, a few hundred or a few bucks for a folder doesn't matter if 99% of us only use it for opening packages. I have the Oso's in my glove compartments of my trucks for if I lose my "expensive" blade.

Isn't that why all of us clicked on this? Between not knowing where they are and the ones that have seen so many days in the pocket the clip doesn't really hold any more..

Wish there was an easy way to fix that. Meantime, there are these deal threads!

The Specifications under Product Information on Amazon says that the "Power Source" is AC/DC!

What? LOL

Thanks OP for one!

This is one of the Kershaw knives I purchased that was less than impressive. It may have just been the one I got, but the flipper was so tight that it hurt my fingers to flip it.

Sounds like it was over-tightened. You can loosen the action with a hex key, the big one on the opposite side from the clip. I bought one a couple years ago and had to tighten up the bolts. The clip constantly comes loose, tighten up the 2 hex bolts every couple weeks. Otherwise it's pretty good for what it is.

I think there was a defect in it. I can't loosen the T6 or I'll get some wobble. Not a huge deal though. I got it off Amazon and they gave me a full refund on it.

As far as misplacing knives, I got a zippered case with many compartments a while back. If it's the clip sometimes you can take it off and bend it back with some pliers but with this one it might be harder, some come fairly loose to begin with. I don't own a high end knife with those titanium milled clips yet but they are presumably better, and they sell replacement clips on many models.

BTW wasn't there a forum post that showed around $7 in 2019?

Wouldnt This be a better deal considering one of the Sanrenmu knives is VERY similar to this model...and the fact you get two others (three total) for the same price?

Also, same blade material:

Actually the SRM is 8cr14 this is 13, though the blades are smaller.

Bought one of these a decade ago, been on my tool box since as my go to for opening packages, fits perfectly in my hand and opens and closes very naturally. Very underrated.

For what it's worth, years ago I purchased a batch of 5 Kershaw Leek flippers. There was significant variance in how freely/quickly they opened. May be just a matter of how that screw was tightened, but they certainly weren't all identical out of the box.
