Mine arrived today. Despite reviews saying the machines are not well packaged - mine was very securely packaged/protected and arrived in as new condition. So far no performance or overheating problems. Playing Helldivers 2 on high settings and the fans are pretty much silent. Great value at this price.

Had to return mine. Cpu cooler broke off during shipping so had to fix that and then had a crazy time trying to upgrade the ram to 32 gb. Turns out dual channel didn't work on the board for some reason so it would only boot with ram in slots 1-2 or 3-4 but never 2-4 or 1-3.

Does anyone know if there's anything i can do besides returning it if it has a problem? They told me to contact Allstate and Allstate said they don't cover pre-existing problems.

Mine arrived a week ago. Packaged well and no broken parts. Seems to boot up and runs smoothly. Tried some games at 1440p and 144hz as well as 4K at 120hz and system seemed quiet enough for me.
My biggest issue (and it's a smaller issue) is that when the fans remain white. I know they can change colors. However when I try to install Acer Predatorsense it says the pc is not supported.
Anyone with ideas on how to change colors of the fans without predatorsense?
