eSun has the same deal on Amazon [amazon.com] on their high-speed PLA. Slightly more color choices.

I'll bite for $14. I haven't ever used high speed filament and trust my AnkerMake M5 would be a good place to test at 300 mm/s.

Is fast print filament legit? I've been able to print any filament I want at any speed on my P1S and have wanted to know if this kind of stuff is just marketing or if there really is some measurable advantage.

FWIW - I use this brand, and another called GiantArm pretty often. Price is right, but more importantly prints very well across my printers (Bambu A1, Flashforge AD5M, Sovol SV06+ Klipperized) at high speeds.

i used sainsmart tpu filament and it was IMMACULATE. (you have to print tpu very slow though) and i used sainsmart multi color when it was on sale and it was top tier of most of the pla ive used so far. Very good brand in my experiences

I was given a first gen Ender CR10 that runs very well. Is this high speed filament nonsensible for this generation of printer?

I'm going to say it's all marketing after looking at the listing. They make a ridiculous comparison of printing speeds to "regular PLA".

I also believe they are trying to market this PLA to people with printers that are capable of printing at high speeds, such as your own P1S, which results in higher success high speed prints and therefore justifies the "high speed price" in people's minds.

I used the dinkiest of 3D Printers for a long time, and in my experience, basic colors of PLA, PLA+, etc, were all the same across brands, though I do not have first hand experience with this specific filament.

I've only ran my ender3 on creality filament. Not sure how well it would look on high speed filament, it's already kinda janky with the slow stuff.
