Tarps are one of those product categories I've learned you should never cheap out on unless you're using it as a temporary surface for rubble/dirt. A good tarp makes all the difference

Your own source confirms this is not a very lightweight tarp. It is 7mil which puts it above the lightweight range provided by the source. This is thicker than the typical blue tarps. Not what you would want to put in a heavier duty application, but a decent upper-lightweight or lower-midweight.

The 7 mil tarp of similar size without reinforced corners from Harbor Freight is $15, so this is objectively a good deal if you need a cheap tarp.

I disagree. 6 mil and below is light weight. 7 mil is literally just a hair thicker. Disposable contractor trash bags are 3-5 mil. A general purpose tarp on a farm or at a business is a minimum of 20 mil.
