Don't have this so I can't vouch but most likely not as good as the roborocks.

Depends who you ask and the type of floors, but in my opinion the roborock is better in every way except the Roomba is better with plush carpets

My vote is to keep Q5+.
We previously had the j7+, with no mopping, and it was a good robot. It excels in carpet vacuuming, and they have a patent on automatically knowing when to go to empty the bin in the base (Roborock somewhat uses routines as a workaround). The j7+ is better at obstacle at obstacle detection with the front camera and can fit under slightly shorter couches without having the lidar on top.
All that said the comments on lidar being a top feature is a very valid point. The Q5 does better at navigation and generally I found the app to be better. For example I always struggled to cancel and start a new job in the roborock app, often having to return the robot to the base to identify that it went home before it would start a new run. The Roomba often seem to get stuck more than the Q5 does. You can get the S7 brush for the Q5, which isn't as good at carpet but didn't get tangled nearly as much and the brush-ends can pull off for easier maintenance.
We've had a few other roborocks, so that's why I switched to the Q5+ after our j7 plus died. The j7 got stuck in some sort of boot loop or boot sequence, and support wasn't able to do anything and simply offered us $100 off a brand new full price unit. Good luck!

This was rated high on the vacuum wars YouTube channel, pretty sure he reviewed both of these
