I just found out where I saw the disabling info.

"[Notice] NEO300's hibernation mode is set to ON by default. Pressing and hold the AC button and then pressing the LED button to switch hibernation mode to OFF can solve this problem."

That quote is pulled from one of the Amazon listings for this product. Again, I don't own this unit so I have no idea whether this disabling process works or not, I'm just going by the info provided on this Amazon listing.

socky2015Can I disable the power saving mode?
No. NEO300 will automatically enter energy saving mode after 15 minutes of AC and DC load less than 5W. It is currently not possible to disable this setting.
From "coltrane69" findings, there is a way to disable hibernation mode

Bought one before I read the poor reviews on Amazon. I emailed them immediately and requested they cancel my order and refund… I received no response. Guess I'm going to have to contact my credit card.
From Amazon reviews [amazon.com], Most of them are very positive , except the one , that only one star review that tried to overload it to power the wedding event...
This one for the the load lower than 300w appliances, you will be disappointed to power big appliances ...
If you want to buy some bigger one. there is EcoFlow Delta 2 1000wh version refurnished on sale for $518, or NEO2000 2000wh version for $649, not this 300w/268.8Wh version for $89.
understand what it is, and what your expectations!

How?
Only someone with the unit can confirm.
The reason they have this discount code is to sell units.

I just want to reiterate to everyone on here, I don't own this, I have no idea whether the hibernation mode can be disabled. I'm just going off of the info on the Amazon listing, I know as much as you guys know. Hopefully someone eventually will be able to 100% confirm or deny whether or not the Hibernation mode can be disabled, until then please just assume it can't if that really is a deal breaker for everyone.

Any exciting experience with this brand??
I purchased this from Amazon about a year ago. I've been happy with it no issues thus far. Purchased it specifically for use with my CPAP when we lose power. At first I was disappointed because I only got roughly 4-5 hours with the humidity chamber installed, but once again the Slickdeals community came through and recommended the DC adapter for my CPAP. I don't know enough about the reason why, but I now get close to 8 hrs of backup which is perfect. Also worth noting I purchased the Anker hard case for their battery backup and it fit this one perfectly.

I have this unit and havent experienced this issue however I do use a DC adapter for my CPAP.

According to one review on Amazon, it says "Comes initially set to power save mode which will cause it to shut down after about 15 minutes in the AC mode because the CPAP doesn't pull enough power to keep it on. The instructions to get out of power save mode were a little tricky. The company e-mailed them to me but it was still a bit hard to follow. The good news is that once you get that mode chànged the setting seems to "stick." If I had to remember how to do that 6 months later when the power went out I would not be happy. Also the power save mode doesn't seem to affect the DC operation at all and since that's more efficient anyway I will stick with that."

Just another crappy Chinese company direct marketing in the USA. Dumping their garbage on consumers who don't care about reputation &/or product liability.

can anyone give an example of what this can power, for example can it power a desktop computer with monitor for how many hours?

my power supply is 500w. so is that 500 watts per hour or minute or second?

Yes, but avoid Bluetti. My Bluetti doesn't work. It's 18 months old, never used. Tried to use it (power outage) and it failed. It won't take a charge or discharge. Huge paperweight.

Their products support is completely worthless.
