This is a continuation repost of the FP deal which was for CostCo.com. This deal is for CostCo B&M for instant gratification, limit 2 and expires tomorrow Sunday 3/17. They sold a few while I was doing our weekly shopping in Clackamas, Oregon.

CostCo requires a membership, if you don't have a CostCo near you or don't have a membership you can get one for $699 at Walmart. According to the local Apple rep at CostCo they only have space gray and gold colors, no silver. Links are for reference only.

To check your local CostCo B&M inventory you may have to break sacred rule #1:
  1. Call your local warehouse [costco.com] press option 1.
  2. Ask if they have item 1481769 (space gray) or item 1481772 (gold) in stock or at any other warehouses in your area?
  3. Technically you can check inventory online [costco.com] but I prefer to call.

Once you use a silent computer like this you can never go back. I use a m2 mini with 8/256 and it runs great even for open source programming work.

I went about 3pm. Thanks for the offer but it would have been an impulse buy anyways. I actually already have an M1 Air, so the need is not great.

This is probably Apple dumping their overstock for Walmart to sell off, fronting as a partnership. A way to get their lowest tier stuff to the masses. I'm not a Mac user but also not really a Mac hater. They work well and is fairly user friendly for non-techy people but yes, the specs are lacking. And like I stated earlier, a way to dump their old stock to Walmart to distribute to the masses. Everyone gets in on some Apple MacBook status symbol.

Edit: lol, not Walmart but Costco. I thought Walmart started selling too.
