no it does not apply for me and others. i know this toy should belong to educational "learning resources" but for some reason, the coupon does not work for it and it's not listed under this items page.


It could be a bug on desktop page vs mobil or they havent fixed the "regional" thing yet. but it does not work on my target desktop version.
