You can get 6 topping pizza for 8.99..the real deal is doing the speciality pizza
Their garlic pizza sauce definitely elevates their pizzas to another level for my family since no one likes the regular tomato sauce.
Ill give the person a break since this looks like their first post. 50% off menu price items is a very sweet deal, everyone in the family loves dominos, one of the better fast food chain pizza places, better than the hut and little ceasars without a doubt, even beats papa johns, and most other places.

ctcsdNot sure what you're saying. As I and others have posted, the prices are different around the country. A large specialty pizza near me is $12 after coupon. And we don't have the $7.99 carry out deal. It's $9.25. So YMMV based on location. Prices even change store to store within a close radius.
The above is from an earlier post I made in response to someone whose local store has the large specialty meat for $8.99. Many other posters have pointed out different prices in different areas of the country. My post refers to Phoenix area. Prices vary store to store and city to city and state to state.
Just bought a large extravaganza for $10.99 (Grand Prairie, TX.) It was loaded with toppings especially the meats. However, with all the meats they piled on, the pizza tasted saltier than normal. I'll get it with less meat and more veggies next time. Pizza Hut need to have the same deal.
In my area I'm getting $14 for extra large 2 topping pizza vs the $6.99 mix/match deal which I can get two medium 2 topping pizza for $14. So it seems for non-specialty pizza, I'd actually be paying more for extra large 50% off deal vs the usual mix match deal. I also see deal for $7.99 for large 1 topping pizza in my area.

I did the exact same thing...and I'm eating it right now. Same price here in Orlando, too.
Oh, wait...I just got a text from my cardiologist: "What the hell are you thinking???"
Ah I see. I was talking the deal I'm seeing. Much better to go with this since most speciality pizza's are slashed in half to around $8-9 for a large. Curious, where do you live that it's $12?
Here in western WA a large specialty pizza menu price is $26.99! So with this 'deal' it would be $13.50. I'll stick with the regular $7.99 large one topping carry out. Might only be one topping but I really don't need all that meat (or other stuff) anyway. I could add 3 toppings to the $7.99 deal (giving me 4 toppings) and it would only be about $0.50 more than a specialty pizza with 5 toppings.
Actually I just checked a couple stores around me and the two local ones in my town are $26.99 for the specialty while the next town over the two stores there have the exact same pizza for $20.99. WTH. Unfortunately the ones the next town over aren't really worth the drive for me.
its 8.50 for a large 14 inch pepperoni after coupon applied. What a rip off. I can get a 18 inch pepperoni from Costco for 9.99 and it tastes leagues better.

Um... One topping large is $7.99 everyday. This deal isn't for you.

Did he bill you for the text?
The only thing insane is imagining someone actually paying full price when they plaster their deals on the homepage.

But, my insurance didn't cover it so the actual pizza cost is $410.49.
I'm glad this comment showed up because I was ready to place an order.
