I had a two pack braided cable from Anker and I literally just threw the 2nd out this morning after it refused to fast charge anything. A device I plugged into the same charger with a different wire said 72 mins to charge, when I switched to the Anker wire it changed to 240 minutes. Tried the Anker wire on a few other chargers with the same result.

This is the second one from the two pack to fail. The first one failed in exactly the same way a few months ago.

Just my experience.

Note that 60W won't support super fast charging on phones like Galaxy S24 Ultra. You need a cable that supports 100W.

I bought these cables recently, and while I can't speak to durability obviously, I can say that these are my favorite cables for standard charging of smartphones and anything that doesn't require greater than USB 2.0 and 60w. These cables are thinner and more bendable than other cables, while also not giving the impression of being lower quality or fragile. It's hard to explain, but you'll quickly notice if you get them. I recommend getting them and returning if you don't like.

I wish we would get to a point where these "charging" cables would also offer at least USB 3.0 speeds. Seems like a PITA trying to differentiate between charging and data cables. I see no downside to having high speed data capability outside of a slighly thicker cable.
