Seems like kind of a meh deal. The best bang for my buck are some Hankook Kinergy's at $420 AFTER the coupon. I can get the same exact tires for the same price from other reputable sellers without a coupon. Seems like they jacked the price up for this "sale."

I was watching a set of Armstrong Tru Trac at tires from another seller. They were $429 in my size. Today tire easy has them for $510, and swith the coupon they come out to $408. So this would be a small savings, I would definitely look around because it seems like prices have been jacked up so that it can look like a big discount, instead of 5% off.

Finally! Been waiting since September on a deal from discount tire direct on eBay. My set that's usually $800+ is $650.

While I saw the deal prior to here; I ended up buying my girlfriend some new tires for her CX-5.

Discount tires has $80 off on most Pirelli's and it stacks with the 20% off. I was able to get a set of the Scorpion AS Plus 3 (very highly rated everywhere I read for that type of tire) in the size needed for much less doing that.

A set of 4 averaged $925 for the best prices I saw and that was pre-tax.

From stacking the coupons I ended up paying $747.55 shipped to me.

Shopping for tires now and vendors and they are 35% more on ebay (before the coupon) for the brand/sizes I checked.

How are people handling installation of these? I'd think that would eat away at most of the savings from buying these.

Of course it's limited to certain sellers, that's how these promos always work. Discounttire is a massive seller though, well worth checking prices with this deal to see if you can benefit or not if you're in the market for tires.

Call around for the best installation price around. My guy does it for $15/tire on most vehicles, walmart at least used to be cheapest in many areas.
