FYI This switch does require a neutral wire and cannot work in junction boxes without one

before posting I googled and this is what it says about Matter "Matter is an open-source connectivity standard for smart home and IoT (Internet of Things) devices. It aims to improve interoperability and compatibility between different manufacturer and security, and always allowing local control as an option."
What does this translate in real word, meaning with or without matter those switches still work with Alexa, then why Matter actually matters?

Very difficult to press the dimmer buttons. They are very recessed and small. Look elsewhere

Matter matters more for folks with Apple eco system. I run Apple Homekit, so I couldn't have used non Apple Homekit enabled products before. With the introduction of Matter, this product should work for all eco systems, Amazon, Google, or Apple.
