By the numbers, this is not a good value when compared to other products I've analyzed on this post's wiki. Price per gram of protein is high, amino composition is meh at best, and it is less than 50% protein, both by calorie and by mass.
If you buy it, it should be for a subjective reason, such as liking the taste, the small package size/low initial investment, brand-loyalty, or belief the ingredients are better/healthier than competitors.

Thank you SO much for your analysis though!!!!!
They probably meant to eat more chicken, fish, egg whites, and other lean protein sources while restricting carbohydrates, especially refined sugar and flour, not getting too many carbs in a single dose, which spikes blood sugar.
My manservant beat T2 and is no longer diabetic or prediabetic. He did so with a high-protein, low carbohydrate (not keto - more carbs than that, but <150g/day and <40g/meal) diet, combined with strength training.
Protein shakes were not a significant portion of the diet. Sometimes useful if you need a high-protein, low carb meal and don't have time to reheat some meat.
If you use a protein shake, it should be a low carb one. Whey isolate is probably your best choice, and there is currently a deal on that: https://slickdeals.net/f/17360511-4-5-lbs-isopure-100-whey-isolate-protein-powder-creamy-vanilla-51-25-w-s-s-free-s-h?src=SiteSearc
If you are vegan, pea or soy isolate are good choices:

- This product does not compare well in terms of value or macros when compared to other vegan options.
- Whey isolate usually overcomes the acne and cholesterol issues. Those are problems with whey concentrate.
As for flavors, totally eat what you like! Food should be enjoyed!
I'm a cat, and my primary diet is Fancy Feast Gravy Lover's. I know it's crap and the shreds are mostly wheat gluten and not real meat, but it's still freakin' delicious and freak out if my manservant tries to give me health food.
My manservant swigs his protein powder so fast I don't think he tastes it at all.

Eat cinnamon. Often. Put it in your drinks, oatmeal, anything. Eat NO sugar Ever. Loose belly fat you could never get diabetes. have at least one gram of protein for every kilo you are
Don't take medical advice from SDers. We're a bunch of morons.
This. A bunch of people talking about cinnamon or other magical remedies are delusional. Like many other health issues, the best ways to treat are to eat healthier by being more conscious of what you eat and to exercise more. Also work with an endocrinologist or dietician to focus on diets reducing insulin resistance.
