Absolutely. Not everyone can stream at all times, some people have limits on how much they can stream, and many people like the better quality you get from physical media.

As a physical media consumer (still), they way I can defend it is the constant churn of movies appearing and disappearing on various streaming services (or new services popping up). Price increases, password crackdowns, and compressed quality all are afterthoughts when you own your favorite films on Blu-ray/UHD Blu-ray.

Plus, there will always be quality purists with nice home theater setups that enjoy the immense bitrates of Blu-rays/UHD blu-rays (I include myself in this demographic, too)

One guy says one code is provided and you choose of the three which one you want in digital which I've never seen before.

As someone with a 3d projector, and now Quest 3's, absolutely. Plus, I managed to convert, and radicalize my nieces, and nephews to enjoy the older movies in a projector, now they too will become physical media assholes because of those memories.

After watching Amazon claim today that several movies they recently sold were "price mistakes" and steal them back after purchase…. I'd tread lightly when dealing with them and their prices- especially movies.

Don't forget the special features and in depth documentaries of the movie and production that come with them. Much more than just streaming! Physical media has much more to offer sadly some people are just blinded by convenience. Not to mention you own nothing in the streaming world. Everything is loseable and takeawayable in the streaming world even movies you've purchased.

Also sold out just fyi. Looks like Amazon is doing some more clearing of their physical media. Especially standard blu rays.
