I think it comes with one E26 bulb which doesn't go in the fixture since that LED is integrated.

Why is there and up model and a down model- couldn't you just mount it upside down?

You probably can flip it, but it won't look the same because the up model arm mounts to the smaller end of the light while the down model arm mounts to the bigger end. You would have thought they could have designed it to allow attachment to either end.

It's aesthetic but mounting it upside down may not allow for proper drainage when exposed to the elements. I have 2 of these on my back patio and the light and color are very nice, and it seems durable. That said, I don't use the colors for much, fun to have, but I do like to have settings for dimming and it's tied into my HomeKit-Hue-Lutron setup. It's Hue so it's rock solid and works every time, seems solid enough physically, but I'll let you know in 5 years. Expect them to last, let's see about outlasting the 20+ years of the previous fixtures and the weather.

This is a good deal and these are superior to the Inara's which I had up but have taken down.
