I really enjoyed symphonia, with my brother on the Nintendo GameCube. That was a while ago though. It was nice to take on the role of the mage or healer while he took on the role of Lloyd.

Thanks for saying this. While the game looks really nice (and I hope story will also be equally nice) , combat was kind of not my thing

Same exact story here. Beat the whole game with my little brother. Still have my copy on GC.

I want to rebuy it but it's in such a good place in my memories I'm afraid it will fall short if I try to replay it 😔

P.S. I have had issues with CDKeys issuing me a bad key, and their customer support is less than satisfactory. Ended up having to charge back the purchase.

Fwiw, my wife and I played this on GameCube back when we were dating. Just picked up the PS4 remaster over Christmas and still enjoyed it just as much.

I will add that I didn't remember the flight controls being so terrible before, but that and Sheena's AI are my only complaints about it.

The most graphically intense game would be Tales of Arise, which I played through entirely on my SteamDeck, so you should be perfectly fine with a 4060.

If you want something a bit more dark and less cutesy (sorta) get Berseria. It's a great game and really different storywise than the others.
