Good mouse, have been waiting for to go on sale. I've used it the past 4 years., and it's still working although the rubber coating has peeled considerably. I tried a cheaper Anker model and it wasn't nearly as good, so back to this I go for round 2.

My favorite mouse of all time. I've purchased three of them.

That's odd.... three? "Why three? " you ask. Because of Logitech's absolutely abysmal reliability. There is a very well know issue with this mouse's clicker switches. Search google for "mx vertical drag" or "mx vertical microswitch". There's actually a mini-industry of people providing the service of replacing this (and others, as well) mouse's switches once they inevitably fail.

But it's still my all time favorite mouse. I finally had to draw a line and stop buying them on principle. I'm currently using their other vertical mouse, the "Lift". It's ok. The vertical MX Vertical was much, much more comfortable for me with my big hands. Oh well.

If you do buy this, get the amazon extended warranty. I promise you that YOU WILL USE IT. Fair warning provided....

I have tried all kinds of ergonomic mouses. If you are looking for something that would alleviate your shoulder pain, go with the Ergo M575 trackball mouse. It is a game changer. It would take a day or two to get accustomed, but once you are through, there is no going back.

it is great.

i bought one just for the heck of it after reading your comment, because it does look like it address the issues i have with MX vertical series (the pinky finger rub against desk surface).

I have on my desk, the MX vertical, the MX Lift, MX Ergo, Masters 2/3, and this nulea brand. i felt like the nulea combined the best part of the MX vertical and Lift for larger hands.
obviously there are down sides such as it doesn't glide as effortlessly as logi, the tracking seem to be not as refined, no Bluetooth, and no customize buttons, but at least they included a metal scrolling wheel.

didn't really expected much out of 25 dollars, but I am quite impressed after one day of use, just wish they could increase the size of Teflon tap, and add bluetooth.

after trying out this.. i am not sure i will ever pay 3 to 4 times the premium for logi

The images on Amazon state it's for Small to Medium hands. Are you saying it's better than the MX Vertical for Large hands?

For me it is. It is slightly larger and wider than MX vertical (due to pinky finger and ring finger support), it also curves like the MX LIFT, which fit better in my hand. Unfortunately the M520 is out of stock, and i didn't know M510 only work with USB A adapter (which my laptop doens't have USB A ports unless i want to bring a dongle), which means i have to return the product.

I will wait for the M520 if they comes back, but i certainly don't think logi worth the extra.

I need the Lift to go on sale. Also, the Lift uses bolt receiver, whereas the MX uses the unified.
I wish they'd update this version to use the new Bolt platform + improving the scroll wheel. Love the ergonomics of this, but it seems outdated vs the rest of their mice.

What benefits does the Bolt receiver have?

Do you have a link to the Nulea M520? I dont see it anywhere online. Or are were you referring to the Nulea M510?

i meant M502

the M510 is a battery version without bluetooth and only works with usb dongle.
the M502 is internal battery with bluetooth and usb dongle for total of 3 devices. i guess they don't sell it no more. but you can find items on ebay or alike

Yes, I agree. Sidenote: They do have a wireless. I got the wired one as a test to see if I like it at all for work as there really is no benefit to wireless with laptop next to it. So far it remedied any hints of wrist pain. At home I do wireless as my tower is below and wires suck then. But at home I have a wireless gaming since I'm only on about an hour or so at a time and really do prefer it.

I wear XL gloves, but here are actual numbers for you to decide. My middle finger from bottom of palm is 8", so I do bend it slightly for right button, but I do that on all mice. Index finger is 7" from base of palm and fits well with a slight over, so very slight bend, again same on all mice. Use that to determine. And they do have a wireless if preferred.

People getting compensation to shill Chinese products here? It does happen, and seems like it's happening a lot here lately. This thread became a shill fest for another brand. And my delivery date for the Logitech one has moved from tomorrow to Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Saturday, May 25, 2024. Why has it become so hard to get a straight up deal on this site that doesn't end up being a dead end runaround?
