I opened my mini yesterday and printed the benchy (~14 minutes) and scraper, both were flawless. BTW, this texture plate was included in the box.

One of the first things I printed was a napkin holder with hexagon pattern on the sides. It came out great. That was back in January and I've got 1k hrs on my P1S. No shortage of things to print IMO. Just go MakerWorld and browse. After a while, you may want to try your hand at making your own models. You can start with TinkerCad and then move on to Fusion or Blender. It's a freaking rabbit hole!

Yes, I'm aware that people know that they are the same. The point is if I mentioned just twitter or just X , there would be an argument over "the correct name" so mentioning both names tries to stop this from happening. I'm sorry if you took that like the I'm the stereotypical redditor that "acts like they know more than anything" I just wanted to give an update for those who've been waiting several months on (what I consider to be) an amazing value printer (since some people are waiting on the A1 but don't have access to or don't use those social media platforms and only check the blog) If out all things you're upset about, how I mentioned a social media platform (that I don't even have an account for btw) shouldn't be one of them. Please, I have no intention of fighting.

install Bambu handy and Bambu studio… You will find plenty to print from the models that are integrated from Makerworld.

Try PETG too, that's my go to, as it is consistent from brand to brands.

just lock the extruded at 245c min and max, then set the initial layer to 90c and the others layers to 70c, you may need a 0.1 offset for it, but every PETG will print perfectly with that setup.

Also, make sure to scrub the PEI plate with Dawn and Hot water every few days and you'll never have issues with sticking.

Great machine for the price - seems to be the normal deal now. I stopped in to buy 2 of these from microcenter, told there is no household limit on these and he'd be back with a couple of them from the back. Employee came back with a manager and told me I could buy 1, and they'd be willing to sell me the 2nd one if I either pay the original 459 price, or buy a service plan for both. I don't know that all MC stores do this, but the one in Dallas is pulling this crap - I passed on them as it would be cheaper to buy direct from Bambu even with the shipping and not be ripped off by the local store manager trying to force a service plan when you can easily order multiples for store pick up with no stipulations. Plus - if you have issues and bought from MC store, Bambu will push you back to them for service (at least based on many forums).
