Barely OK IMO. If you need all 3 then still worth it. Considering the HO are getting in the market these will become less popular, locally I can't sell my 2 new 2.0s from kit for $40 even so definitely not worth it for resale for sure.

I would get one 6.0 then instead, slightly longer charging time and same size as 4.0 but capacity of both batteries for longer run. Just checked e.b.y and you can get two packs of original Milwaukee 6.0s for around $75-80 with BIN price or less so if batteries main reason that's better option IMO unless you need the smaller size battery as well.
