Just be aware that the non-PRO version of the K8 doesn't have QMK/VIA support if that sort of thing is important to you. And its white LED backlit instead of RGB LED.

I know you can't go back in time, but this was $31.50 back in October.

Wtf is an optical brown? I thought opticals were made only for linear reds? What's the purpose of an optical brown?? You get the resistance, but a faster input??

It's like blue switch but without the noise. If this for gaming i would stay away from all wireless keyboards. The polling rate (latency) for wireless keyboard is bad.

Yeah, if it's for gaming just leave it plugged in. But nice to have the option to go bluetooth when just web browsing, etc

Have this keyboard, had lots of issues with bluetooth cutting our during gaming for a while, but it was fixed with a Windows setting. I use the keyboard every day for 8-11 hours (8-9 hours of linux and 0-2 hours of windows), other than the earlier mentioned issue, all good.

Built out a Keychron V1 recently with some knock-off higround caps. Easy enough to work on, although after lots of tinkering I still can't get it to sound quite the way I want it to. A little too much clack and not enough thock even after tape modding the PCB. Keychron pro bananas feel good coming from Cherry MX Browns.

You can get one for a bit more. Or go with the used one for about the same price: https://www.amazon.com/Keychron-M...B08B5WBS2T
