FYI Most are for Vertuo, which do not take the original Nespresso (or compatible) pods.

This company is horrendous! Every order has been a problem. I ordered a brand new sealed xbox elite controller it was rewrapped and used. It wasn't even like a display model, it was a highly used controller with tape all over the box. I returned it. I then ordered a gaming headset that was listed as open box like new, it arrived looking like crap. Sony headset that was also listed as new, arrived in bad shape. Every single post relating to this company and their deals there are those that claim their item was fine, great condition etc. So take it with a grain of salt, but this company to me is not reliable and it's a crapshoot! stay away!

I just got a used VertuoPlus. Came in today 2 days after ordering. Box was absolutely destroyed and everything was just kinda thrown inside. Everything was still dirty as well. After cleaning, I tested it out and water was leaking through the bottom.

I've had good luck in the past with this company, this is for me the first time the stuff I got was bad.

Yeah, I just received my frother and its lid is missing. I probably can use it, but I decided not to. I will return it since it is a lot of worse than an "Open Box" condition, either.

Called to let them know I dropped off my stuff at the UPS store that I was returning and got instant refund to my paypal account.

Person on the phone was really friendly each time.

Sucks I got burned on this deal, but overall customer service was great.

Other than the return time, it was worth it to gamble on the aeroccino for the price. Its free returns and shipping, had they only checked the charger though.
