I have bought Bisquick several times, and my wife says it is useless. It is almost entirely flour and she never got good results with it. I can't remember if I tried making biscuits with it, but if I had good success, I would probably remember that.

For pancakes and waffles, Krusteaz is wonderful. I am sure it is also mostly flour, but they have it dialed in. It just works.

So I still see the coupon! I guess either it's targeted, or perhaps valid on multiple Betty Crocker products and once used is unavailable thereafter. Sorry for any inconvenience...

Coupon not there for me - but I love Bisquick pancake mix. It always makes great pancakes for me… use milk instead of water, and it uses an egg or two unlike other water-only mixes.

I prefer the Jiffy brand baking mix. It seems lighter and less "oily" than Bisquick.
