I mainly use as pancake, waffle mix. Have to add an egg in these. For convenience I just buy kodiak or krusteaz mix from costco since it only requires water to mix.

Thank you, I only use 'just add water' pancake and waffle mix also. It's cheap at Aldi and works well.

I've never frozen but I do make sure it's sealed or i transfer it to empty protein powder plastic jugs. I have used the 10lb of krusteaz, 10lb boxes quaker oats. And the kodiak mix box which comes in 3 plastic bags per box

Krusteaz makes the best waffles for those times when you don't feel like making them from scratch. Add water (I add vanilla and egg)

Cheaper than Sam's Club if anyone is curious. If you have prime visa card like I do, you get an extra 6 percent compared to Sam's Mastercard which I believe gives 3 percent.
