You can buy gen 3 and gen 4 for way cheaper for way more data. Speeds are mostly irrelevant, unless a very specific task... Like benchmarks. 🤦 ♂️

For example, the gen4 SK Hynix P41 2tb ($169.99) is just as fast, if not faster when actually using it. https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/crucial-t705 ... Unless you only care about benchmarks, the crucial is a bad deal. Plus factor in the price of a honkin' ssd cooler.

You can buy 2 x 2tb nvme ssds or more for this price...
