Really tired of the dented cans, though. And someone posted regarding other canned items (soup, I think) that Amazon was being uncooperative with replacements/refunds.

Maybe I'll give it one more shot.

the amount of protein/fat in each can tells me there's about 200g of 70/30 beef in each can. do with this information as you will.

ah yeah... for a while I was going through 5-6 cans a month, with 2-3 eggs over easy and ketchup on the side. Could feel my arteries hardening with a slight tingle.
