Couscous is great! Toast it in some butter and garlic and minced onion for a minute or two, then add water and seasoning of choice and let it cook like rice. Finish with some lemon juice and extra butter or salt to taste for a great side or mix with grilled veggies for a main

Source: ate it a lot in hello fresh meals and wife craves it weekly now

Just note this is pearl couscous, not the usual 'cracked wheat' / grits couscous. I really like small, grainy couscous but find that this stuff isn't quite as nice

Good deal on plain one. As another comment said, the key is to toast it in butter first. I also add some Better Than Bouillon" to the water next. We use a lot of it in summer and top it with roasted or grilled seasonal veggies. It's a nice change from regular pasta or rice.
