Yes, it's a pretty slick deal. Very nice screen, good build quality, slim and light, fairly powerful CPU...this is a really excellent mid-range machine.
B&H will tell you to take it up with the manufacturer warranty.
At best maybe they'll exchange with another unit.
Unless things have changed good luck getting your money back once you open it.
I have that cosco laptop. It's much more powerful than this post. But it is a little more money for that. You get 32gb ram and an rtx 3050 as well. I ran Witcher 3 on ultra settings running around 55 fps (did not turn on ray tracing) on this one and it ran the 3050 at 95% and the memory at only at 11gb of the 32 and the cpu at less than 10%

I have been watching for a 14" Lenovo laptop. Is this a good deal or price? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Depending on whether you need touch screen and RAM expansion.
This laptop uses LPDDR5 (meaning Lower Power DDR RAM on board. Not upgradable)
If you are happy with 16G RAM, then you might consider this.
Personally if I am buying a new laptop, I would look for 32G RAM or the option to expand to 32G RAM. I am using a 2019 desktop with 32G RAM and a 2019 laptop with 32G RAM. There is no reason to downgrade on a new machine in year 2024.
