I think i had to deal with exactly the same one, can confirm it comes with adapter

The actual internal chamber the water flows through has a thin piece of flat plastic on top that breaks regularly in my shower. Same place, every time.
They keep sending new ones free of charge, but it'd be nice if they lasted longer.
