Note a few things:

1 - It looks like its a sweat type fitting (not a problem, just be aware)
2 - It has a pull down diverter... these work well, but when you have company over, they may be confused on how to get shower engaged the first time they use it.

Per the specs on Grainger it's a "Tub Spout - Pull-Down Diverter: Delta, 1/2 in Connection Size, CWT/IPS Connection, Chrome Finish". So you can sweat or it'll screw in. Most likely comes with an adapter.

I need a backup, both my baths use this, so will get it in case my son decides to sit on it again.

Remove and clean, sediment, has probably jammed the valve.

Have one of the pull down ones at my guestroom. Had to explain how to use it every time people come in...

I have to replace these every year or two.

The actual internal chamber the water flows through has a thin piece of flat plastic on top that breaks regularly in my shower. Same place, every time.

They keep sending new ones free of charge, but it'd be nice if they lasted longer.
