Prescription strength is 50000 once a week or month depending on deficiency. Great if you are low and need to bring up your levels. Prescription was d2 plant based and this is d3 animal based but more potent.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank MIA2TLV

I got this same deal a month or two ago.
Just did it again. The bottle that I recently received has an expiration date of January 2025
The vast majority of us only need one gummie (they list a serving as two), so the bottle is a two month supply.

It's a great deal. And at this rate I'm good on vitamin D for the next rest of this year lol

While low vitamin d levels can suggest health consequences, improving the lab value with supplementation may not, and there can be associated risks

Ah, wow. I thought I've been taking 25,000iu this whole time with 2.5 gummies. Lol

That's also not even close to a high dose. Tired of listening to the unhealthiest people in these threads tell me I'm making a bad decision for my health. Good one. You look like shit.

That's what I am prescribed. But like my doctor said my "vitamin D level wasn't so much low as non-existent" so it may be a lot for normal people.

You really should have a blood test before mass dosing anything. It's a simple test, it should be part of a yearly exam anyway. Some vitamins do cause issues if your levels are too high. Just as an example too much calcium can cause kidney stones among other more serious issues. It's good to have a baseline of what's normal for your body too so you know if anything changes.
