Thanks for posting this OP Smilie ..

Not finding a lot of info about upgrade options for it when I look online but I think there is not a second drive slot you can stick say a 2.5 form factor ssd drive or a second drive slot for another m2 drive for two drives total which I really miss from the older edition acer models Frown .. I could be wrong about that if I am someone please step in and let me know ! In all fairness I think there's a trend away from including that second hard drive option now in the cheaper laptops.

TN is a security feature ,a private screen at the cafe lol. .

It still 1080p, 16gb ram. Not the best deal compared to Walmart Gateway deal for 16/512 $225-400 from 2023.

$40 more for half the same generation CPU cores.
I don't think a cheap IPS panel is worth the tradeoff.

$40 more for faster RAM, double the storage, USB-C charging, better graphics, a touch display, AND an IPS panel; cheap or not it's gonna be hundred times better than a TN panel. Maybe try owning one so you actually know the huge difference.

Maybe try reading the description properly, the next time. They're not even the same models.
The one in your link is NX.KSJSP.001 and one in this deal is NX.KSJAA.004, the spec sheet for which is here: https://www.acer.com/us-en/suppor...04/details where, in the product description, it's clearly mentioned this has a TN panel.
