it's that the ethernet connection from the monitor will pass through usb-c to the laptop, so it gives the laptop a hard wired internet connection when plugged into the monitor

Ips, Ethernet, 90w usb c; this hits all points for productivity! Gaming will suffer due to 60Hz (you really want >= 120hz) but otherwise solid monitor for a new price

I feel dumb asking, but how do I connect this monitor to another? I want to have my laptop USB c to USB c to this monitor, then daisy chain? it to another. Basically, I want one point connection from PC to 2 additional monitors.

Might be covered in the 25pages here but I'm gonna go with my gut and say that isn't possible at all. You'll need a thunder port dock depending what you are trying to drive that, but I'm betting on thunder port for that bandwidth

You coud use a USB-C to dual HDMI adapter. Connect your laptop USB-C to the USB-C of the adapter and two HDMI's out to the monitors. This doesn't take advantage of the monitor's docking station, but works using it as an ordinary monitor with another and won't cost much extra.

Do you recall around what time you were able to add to cart and checkout yesterday? I've been checking back daily since last week and haven't gotten lucky enough to refresh when it's back in stock.

Brought and test this one for a week. works fine for the USB C port did not test USB A till now.
seems none of the 4 USB A Port is working. did i miss sth to make it work?

The USB A's are down stream ports, therefore you must have some sort of connection to the main PC to make them work besides the USB C. I used a mini display port connected to the monitor and at the other end a USB A connected to the main computer so now I can use them as charging stations.

Does anyone know how to keep power going on the USB-C even when the monitor is off? My Macbook stops charging when I turn off the monitor.

Not that I read the manual, but after trial and error I read this which supports HDMI.

I have the same question. Can't find power specs for this monitor but a similar LG (34WQ60C-B) quotes off power as <0.3 watts and standby/sleep power as <0.4 watts. Haven't tried this yet but wondering if USB-C power is enabled in standby/sleep mode since there's almost no power difference between off and standby.
