it's that the ethernet connection from the monitor will pass through usb-c to the laptop, so it gives the laptop a hard wired internet connection when plugged into the monitor

Ips, Ethernet, 90w usb c; this hits all points for productivity! Gaming will suffer due to 60Hz (you really want >= 120hz) but otherwise solid monitor for a new price

I take my comment back that I previously posted. In theory the hub should let you use two computers with one mouse and one keyboard, though not sure how to make it work. I put the wireless mouse USB device into the hub but it only works on the left side of the screen and will not scroll to the other side.

This deal is back on. I just bought one. I did a Google search for the model like I've been doing every other day, and I saw a link to Staples. I paid $264.99 with tax and got email confirmation.

Is there any way to wirelessly share the content displayed on the screen -- from the monitor itself rather than through the operating system of the connected computer? I ask because it has Ethernet and USB C, so theoretically it could let you hook up a laptop and LAN, and then share that screen/content wirelessly.

Forgot to reply here. You are correct that I cannot use the same keyboard and mouse to control two computers PBP split natively. I had to use the monitor's KVM function to pick which computer to control. Not perfect but not too bad once I customize the joystick to KVM switch.
