I can confirm this is National - no YMMV. Just traded in a handful of Xbox 360 games to get a copy of Unicorn Overlord for $2 out of pocket. As usual, no it is not advertised on that incredibly well run website of theirs - where stock is unlimited and New means New. There is a splash promo however on their Facebook -

My local GS ran this promo a few days early. Traded a game with a $7 base store credit, plus 50% more, plus 10% of base which came out to $11.20 (7+3.5+0.7) which is how the 60% is figured. True "stacking" IMO would have been $11.55 (7*1.1*1.5), so be sure to figure your extra percent from the base price and not the Pro amount, especially if you're trading multiples or high value titles.
If you're planning to trade, check credit online before you go because they often tank trade value in the middle of promotion due to so many trade-ins happening at the higher price.

Surprisingly this has been the longest trade promo season in years where trade values have not been altered throughout. But time is your enemy here

It runs through Sat. 4/6
Also, I opted for the opened used copy of UO for $5 cheaper than the opened "New" copy they had.

Note: You can use trade in credit towards gaming gift cards like PlayStation, Xbox, and etc. but only in person.
