Not everyone lives in an area where they can operate a generator. Just stop. This is not a bad deal for somebody who's looking for a high capacity USB battery.
Why can't you?
I've taken a 40k and had no issues. There isn't anything in TSA stating the battery Pack as long as it's in a carry-on. I mean, if it's the size of 50lb, weigh a different story. They rate them not based on mAh it's based on wh and I believe that can't be exceeding 101wh.
