If you want to spend an extra $7 and get some inexpensive darts on Amazon, and don't mind some fk'ed up numbers, then the bristle board at the link below is probably the better way to go. Most bristle boards will cost more.
seems like a decent deal, I know the darts or the board probably aren't the best.... but still should be light years better than the stupid ones with the all plastic fin crap I played on as a kid. OTOH the wife would not be pleased.
Make sure to install something around the dartboard in a very wide area if you don't want your walls damaged. Also get some foamboard about 1-2 feet wide and however long you want it for on the floor underneath it to collect the darts that don't stick. You would be surprised how bad some people's aim is (adults).
If you have kids, better make sure you have at least 8' of destructible surface in every direction around the dartboard, including the ceiling above it. You will still have some darts that wind up in other places. Kids do crazy stuff.
