I actually have never had the bars but am assuming they taste the same as the nuggets. The Symphony chocolate I believe has more cocoa butter than regular Hershey's. It has a creamier texture and to me, tastes much better than the kisses and standard bars.

If the Symphony taste the same, you end up getting more specific to what you like. I'd say that's a huge win.
