Taxes and fees are included. This is the normal price, so no reason to rush straight into it. So long as you haven't done it in recent past, take advantage of the free month first. Just make sure to cancel it a few days earlier, as they will renew it at that monthly plan a few days before the end of the trial period. You can cancel that and replace it straight into the $72 annual plan from their dashboard. Just did it last month. Perfect plan for a flip phone.

This is not a new deal. They've had this light plan for ages at this price

You need to port a number for the free trial.

I'm a US Mobile customer now for about a year. Fantastic service, they are adding AT&T soon so that covers the major carriers completely. Recently switched to the $15/month 10GB plan. Can't recommend these folks enough.
I definitely sign up for a backup line if they have AT&T. When you travel to remote areas, AT&T still has superior coverage due to FirstNet.

On my free trial now but plan to switch to this for my burner phone. I was previously on the Red Pocket 100min/100sms/500mb plan for $60 annually. US Mobile is soooooo much better. Not deprioritized like RP and customer service was quick and responsive. I'll consider switching my main phone to one of their unlimited plans. Google Fi is better for international coverage though (for no additional fees) when I travel.

lol. With only 500mb of data on RP, you don't need to worry about deprioritized.

If you really need unlimited prioritized Verizon network, Visible+ might be better option and no need to pay for the annual plan.

Funny enough, I was just looking at this yesterday.

I plan to switch to the Shareable 2 GB plan for $10/month. It's a little more but includes hot spot data if I ever need it in a pinch. One thing to keep in mind is that the Light Plan does not offer data top-offs at the same rate of $2/GB (the CSR gave me a whole table with various rates but it was $10 for 2 GB).

For those that have ported their numbers to US Mobile before, typically how long does it take?

Their customer service team is on duty today at (878)205-0088. When I called earlier there was no wait and I got a competent and knowledgeable service rep. I'm sure they can quickly answer your questions.
Interesting comment.. as if read from a script lol

Been with US Mobile (Verizon Network) for 3 plus years. Two lines on the pool plan which billed $26 month for 6GB share data and unlimited talk and text (all in),

I changed to this plan, since my 2nd line is a back-up that never leaves the house. 1st Phone is on the $180 annual plan which gives me 10GB of monthly data and unlimited talk and text, I added the $30 hotspot annual plan which gives me 5GB extra hotspot data monthly in case my router ever goes down. 2nd line switched to this $72 annual plan.
I am paying $282 for both lines annually which works out to $23.50 month for (16GB). Can't believe that I used to pay $70 month with Verizon and I get the same service (no deprioritization)

Lots of shills in the comments. It's a pretty good price for a unlimited talk and text plan, nothing special. 1GB hard cap is not really useful. A speed test would use like half of it lol.

Don't ever call me a shill. That's not the proper response for someone who is trying to be helpful in the comments. Try to show some class, even if you have to pretend that you have some.

You can top up 5GB for $10 with this plan. In case you need it. That makes it $16 per month for 6 GB. Hopefully you don't need to top up or you only need to top up occasionally

I assume you ported in a number to have the free trial. Do you cancel the free trial and continue with the $72 plan with the same ported-in number?

This is not a good plan. Check out good2go mobile. $5 for unlimited minutes and texts, with 1GB of data, NO CUT OFF.
