On the contrary, I have three pairs of these, and I love the cushioning. It's not as good as the Invincible 3, but it still has very nice cushioning. Check some youtube reviews before buying.
Just make sure you get half size up and you should be good.

that's incorrect. I've owned the Nike InfinityRN 3 for three years now, using them for my day-to-day work, which involves standing for extended periods. I've never experienced any issues with them.
When I tried the InfinityRN 4 at the Nike outlet, I didn't notice any firmer cushioning; if anything, they felt even softer. Agree with @USEagle that they certainly aren't as soft as the Invincible 3,

Last pair of these lasted a month before getting permanent creases in the midsole and looking worn. Midsole material is a serious downgrade from Adidas Boost midsole, which stays the same for years and years.
