Definately buy if you are loyal to Dymatize isolate (which many are).

I would strongly recommend the vanilla in terms of value - it has a greater percentage of product that is actually protein and a lower cost per gram of protein. Only the vanilla gets to a price range of the less expensive brands of isolate.

If you take your protein in the mornings the caffeine would help. But i go to the gym after work and take my protein after my workout i get home late at night the caffeine would not help me at all

Math on the three Dymatize isolate deals:

Definately buy if you are loyal to Dymatize isolate (which many are).

I would strongly recommend the vanilla in terms of value - it has a greater percentage of product that is actually protein and a lower cost per gram of protein. Only the vanilla gets to a price range of the less expensive brands of isolate.

$0.84 per serving is great if you compare it to a $4 Starbucks coffee 😄. I bought this last November when it was on sale and like the taste. Just picked up another 3

For some people it doesn't help anything ever, and for many of us it exacerbates anxiety, but we ignore it or excuse it. None of us really need caffeine, we've been told we do and fool ourselves into acting like it's not just as much a drug as others because it's good for the economy. Get off it, get 8 hrs of sleep.drink enough water, and see how great you feel after the period where you detox.
