2.68¢/g Protein - Dymatize 100% Whey Whey Blend (Conentrate > Isolate)Price: $42.74 for 5.1 lbs.10.8% of Protein is Leucine69.4% of mass is Protein71.4% of calories are Protein
A great price if you are brand-loyal to Dymatize, which is normally pretty expensive.
A good (but not fantastic) price when compared to other more generic brands of whey powders.

The cholesterol issue is BS from the corn industry studies that told us eggs were the devil for 30 years while they pushed for more breakfast cereal as an alternative. Dietary cholesterol has a very small effect on total cholesterol. You can look all this up. Most higher cholesterol comes from activity levels and generally bad diet in general which causes people to be overweight or obese.
Don't know why it's not working for me. I have 6 items now on the may 21st delivery. I try to buy the new item and change the delivery date to the 21st and it still gives me the 5% 🤷 ♂️

It actually depends on the person. Dietary cholesterol can make a difference. You are lucky that you can eat it without issue, but I cannot.
I was eating two large omelettes a day - roughly 10 eggs.
When cutting, they were egg white omelettes, and my cholesterol was fine without statins.
When bulking, I switched to whole eggs. Next checkup, cholesterol was high. The doc wanted to prescribe statins, but I said I'll just try to adjust my diet.
The vast majority of my dietary cholesterol was coming from the eggs, so I switched back to egg whites. Still bulking, just getting the calories a different way. Still ate other cholesterol sources like red meat - I only cut out egg yolks and shrimp.
Cholesterol went back to normal. Eggs were almost certainly the cause (I doubt I ate enough shrimp to move the needle).
Now, I admit 10 eggs a day is extreme, and I have a sample size of one, but dietary cholesterol can make a difference, for some people (including me).
However, there have been ON deals cheaper than this. You just missed this one at 2.58c/g.

Also, ON is mostly isolate, while this is mostly concentrate. That should theoretically make ON a more expensive product, but for many of us, concentrate is just as good as isolate and it doesn't make a difference.
As for flavor, never tried either. I'm a cheapskate and don't usually buy these more pricey brands.
Same, my blood cholesterol was actually the highest when I was eating a lot of cholesterol free foods oddly enough. I also eat four eggs a day, lots of steak and chicken. Often around 1 lb of meat / day . LDL is consistently at or under 100
